National Bed Month is The Sleep Council’s longest standing awareness campaign and runs throughout the whole of March.
They take this opportunity to remind everyone of the importance of getting a better night’s sleep and the role a good bed plays in achieving that.
Did you know that, according to the Sleep Council’s research, only 10% of Britons get an early night by going to bed between 9pm and 10pm?
Or that at least 22% of Britons sleep poorly most nights?
Research also shows that sleeping on an uncomfortable bed could rob you of up to an hour’s sleep. March is National Bed Month and the month to change your bed and improve your quality of sleep.
The Sleep Council is funded by the National Bed Federation, both of which Willowbrook are members. Their aim is to raise awareness of the importance of sleep to health and wellbeing and to provide advice on how to improve sleep quality and how to choose the right bed for optimum sleeping comfort.
