What is Feefo?
Feefo is a nationally recognized and trusted independent review scheme for recording customer feedback. Unlike some companies these reviews apply to all aspects of our performance, not just one aspect, like how it was delivered.
Upon purchase of your Willowbrook product you will receive a feedback email from Feefo. You will then be asked to rate Willowbrook for its Service and Product purchased. We give you the option to score for “Excellent”, “Good”, “Poor” or “Bad”. We then allow you to provide additional comments in a “Comment Box” where we encourage you to write more information that will be useful to improve our customer service.
Feefo has recently awarded Willowbrook with Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation 2016 due to our continual high feedback scores (average service rating between 95% and 100%). The accreditation recognises the hard-work and excellent customer service that has been delivered, in the eyes of our customers.
What is involved in the home demonstration?
Once you have requested a demonstration, we will send a local, trained advisor to your home in order to demonstrate and explain the product you may be interested in and answer any questions you have.
Can I have family members present?
We actively encourage you to have a friend or family member present at the time of demonstration. This normally makes people feel more at ease and comfortable within their own home, all home demonstrations are without obligation, so we like to make it as much of a pleasant experience as possible.
How long does my product take to be manufactured?
We will contact you once your product is ready and arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
